David Lindsley

Born and raised in California, David Lindsley exhibited artistic talent at an early age and has continued to perfect his natural ability, earning him recognition by his peers and collectors, as well as many awards. He has been painting portraits for over 30 years and is a member of the Portrait Society of America and the American Society of Portrait Artists.

Working from life, David captures the subtle luminescence of skin tones, selects the ideal pose, composition, and the personality of the subject. All these elements combined with lighting, and structure, create a beautiful and balanced composition. David does more than simply record a scene; he captures the feelings and personality of his subjects recording a moment in time for eternity. He creates lasting portraits that are sure to be cherished for generations.

From 8×10-inch miniatures to 8×10-foot murals, he works exclusively in oils and has created commissioned works for private collections, colleges, publications, and corporations.
