Lance Kuehne

Lance Kuehne was born and raised in Northern California. Since the fall of 2002, his primary subject matter has been the rural and natural landscapes of the North Bay Area of San Francisco, as well as occasionally other parts of California and beyond. He has always had a keen interest in classic American imagery. Strongly influenced by photographers such as Edward Weston and Ansel Adams, his work focuses on a sense of place, its light, and mood, creating timeless images. His award-winning photographs are in private collections in over 40 states and many countries.
