Lori Arbel is a Florida-born, world-traveled mixed-media artist whose work explores the intersection of aesthetic beauty, meditation, and emotional healing. She integrates abstract expressionism and digital montage techniques, using spontaneous mark-making to create transformative pieces that inspire introspection and transmute negativity into brighter perspectives. Influenced by thought patterns and everyday life, her art serves as a therapeutic tool to clear blockages of anxiety, sadness, and negative thoughts, guiding viewers toward happier, healthier states.
A passionate advocate for mental health awareness and healing through art, Lori’s work honors our collective ancestors and fosters emotional exploration. Lori lives with her family in Parkland, Florida, where her creativity continues in her home-based studio. She holds a BFA in Photography and a BS/MS in Art Education and has spent over 24 years teaching and mentoring students in NYC and South Florida. Whether through art-making or meaningful conversations, Lori nurtures the inner child in all of us, offering a positive, energetic perspective on life. Her works have been featured in solo and group exhibitions across the country and are cherished by collectors, students, and communities worldwide.
