Marcee Duggar
I’m a Tennessee-based artist and designer specializing in vintage-inspired creations that capture the charm and character of bygone eras. I’ve been designing professionally since 2004, starting with digital scrapbooking graphics for Digital Scrapbook Place, and today I create versatile designs for a variety of projects, from fabrics and paper goods to home décor and licensing opportunities.
My work is inspired by the textures, typography, and ephemera of the past. I love recreating the look of old feedbags, rustic signage, farm imagery, distressed documents, and vintage advertising pieces. Each design is carefully crafted to capture the warmth and personality of aged materials—the faded colors, worn edges, subtle imperfections, and the storytelling elements that make vintage items so captivating.
I often layer ornate typography, decorative borders, sunburst stripes, and period-appropriate motifs to create designs that feel authentic and timeless. Whether it’s a rustic farm scene, a nostalgic typography layout, or a collage of ephemera, I aim to create work that evokes history while remaining versatile for modern applications. My designs are perfect for fabric collections, stationery, home décor, packaging, and other creative projects that benefit from a vintage, rustic, or farmhouse-inspired aesthetic.
On a personal note, I’ve been happily married to Bruce for 37 years, and we have two grown children and a growing family of grandchildren. Their joy and energy often inspire the warmth and charm I try to capture in my work.
